2008 -	Data Warehousing / ODS	Semi Government
Setting up the management information system providing KPI reports from information residing in a worlow management system. In this project Voltaire Consults not only presents the information in the actual reports but also advises the different parties on the use of BI and provides consultancy (incl. analysis, how to set up a BI system, etc.) Implementation with Oracle 11, SQL, DI Diver.

2008 -	Data Warehousing	Financial
Extensions on an existing Data Warehouse containing information on banktransactions, money transfers, POS and ATM transactions, and payments by means of pinpas, credit cards, etc. The Data Warehouse provides the information needed for processing all these related money transactions. Implementation with PowerCenter, SQL.

2007 -	Data Warehousing	Insurance
Extensions on and loading of an existing Data Warehouse, in particular keeping track of the history. Something that is quite difficult in the insurance sector as statuses can change by backdating but need to be kept. Implementation with PowerCenter, ORACLE. Implementatie m.b.v. PowerCenter, ORACLE.

2007 -	Data Warehousing	Telecom
Design and implementation of a prototype database containing all relevant data in the correct format serving as input for performing ‘Customer Life-Time Value (CLV)’ analyses as well as for ad-hoc queries for a CRM department. The information consisted of all relevant information for the business market like TV, VoIP, Fixed-line telephony, Mobile telephony, Customer data, Marketing data, External data from companies like Mosaic, etc. Implementation with SQL Server, PowerCenter 7.1 en SQL.

2007 -	Data Warehousing	Telecom
Implementation of a system displaying the financial status of the company at each desired moment. This included debts, services provided to customers but not yet billed, payments, etc. A very complex project that basically meant rebuilding the billing system for all transactions not billed yet. Implementation with PowerCenter, Oracle, SQL, Business Objects. .

2006 -	Data Warehousing	Telecom
Design and implementation of a bonus payment system for dealers based on the actual air-time usage of the customers. Implementation with PowerCenter, ORACLE and Business Objects. . Implementatie m.b.v. PowerCenter, ORACLE en Business Objects.

2005 -	Data Warehousing	Transport
Architecture, design and implementation of a Quality Measurement System pertaining to railway travel and supporting logistics with the aim of measuring timeliness of delay and all manner of schedule changes communiques to travellers. Set-up according to data warehousing principles. Implementation with ORACLE 9.i, ORACLE Warehouse Builder and COGNOS ReportNet.

Development of a Bonus System for telecom dealers that rewards their franchise activities on a new basis whereby they play a bigger part in Customer Loyalty and retention. This complex project CRM will be implemented with PowerCenter, ORACLE and Business Objects.

Design and development of a large scale ODS that loads short term data pertaining to all operational activities before passing these on to the Corporate Data Warehouse, CRM and other systems. Implementation with ORACLE and PowerCenter.

Design and build of a 2TB Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts relating to all aspects of mobile telephony; billing, financial consolidation, usage, and subscriber behaviour for all marketing products for both Prepay and Postpay customers. Responsible for the IBM / DB2 mainframe system archirecture for a massive road toll system whereby concerns focussed on the ability to process a huge amount of digital photos (BLOBs) in a timely fashion. This required VLDB expertise.

Data mart design for marketing personnel allowing them to query and monitor customer behaviour with an OLAP tool. Implementation with ORACLE and Business Objects.
